Job Description

As a APAC Operation FP&A Manager you will be asked to cooperate with the Head of Finance APAC Operation to drive financial performance of the Region by making recommendations to optimize (financial) business performance. This includes providing support throughout the Region as regarding the performance analysis, annual operating plan (budget) development and forecasting.

RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Actively participate in month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
  • Maintaining database of key financial data (Actuals, Forecast, AOP) across the Region.
  • Execute comprehensive KPI analysis, encompassing revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with all Plant Managers and controllers to conduct periodic financial analysis, both backward and forward-looking, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Execute the development of financial models to analyse various business opportunities and cost-saving initiatives, supporting decision-making processes and maximizing profitability. Analyse and assess Cross Countries Projects/NPD/business case feasibility for the Region
  • Provide proposals on strategic actions and crafted internal and external messaging to stakeholders
  • Contribute to the planning and development of the annual operating plan budget, aligning financial objectives with organizational goals;
  • Play a key role in preparing for key management team meetings, by providing insightful financial data and analysis
  • Conducts ad hoc analyses to support critical business decisions
  • Being the Financial Control of the Regional Supply SG&A
  • Identify reporting efficiencies and drive automation across the Region

Qualifications

  • Academic Program: Degree, preferably Accounting/ Finance related
  • Experienced: A minimum of 5-10 year's experience in FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, preferably in manufacturing environment
  • Skillset: Strong skills in financial analysis, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, accounting principles, able to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
