Job Description
This role is accountable for AP and business trip expenses accounting in Ukraine, manual reclass expenses, AP document filing/archiving.
Travel expenses and AP:
- Communication with internal customers for correct postings in SAP
- Control of prepaid expenses, manual reclass of expenses
- Accounting, processing, verification of advance reports in Concur (abroad and local trips), verification of submitted primary documents for advance reports
- Control of advance issued and balances in the SAP, reconciliation between Concur and SAP
- Preparation of reports for internal corporate reporting
- Period End Closing activities
- Control of original primary document of IC flow
Reconciliation with Customs:
- VAT for import - checking and posting in SAP, Posting the duty in SAP
Collection and archiving of original documents
Balance Sheet review support
Audit support to Chief Accountant and accounting team
Qualifications
- 1+ years of accounting experience
- Analytical and mathematical skills, accurate;
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment, with cross-functional teams;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, result orientation
- Process driven
- English – Intermediate
- Knowledge of 1C, MS Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, preferred SAP
